Downright Special DVD Now For Sale

Downright Special is proud to announce its "Great Expectations" DVD is now for sale for just £5 per copy.

The DVD, made possible by the generosity of the friends and family of Charlie Ellis, is aimed at new parents of children with Down Syndrome and the professionals who work with them. In this short film, families from the Downright Special group share their experiences of parenting a child with Down Syndrome including health, education and development of their children. The stories dispel some of the myths surrounding the condition and show just what is possible with the right support and understanding.

Friday Visitors

We regularly have visitors to our Friday sessions, whether they be healthcare professionals, friends from the community or old faces returning to have a catch up with us.
